Inner and Outer Worlds

"It takes a lot of courage and trust in yourself to be able to turn your back onto the one who is considered to be your boss".
The rat is the vehicle on which Ganesha rides
Ganesha is the elevated one, the son of Parvati and the adopted son of Shiva,
after He was beheaded and given the head of an old elephant
He now is the remover of all obstacles and lives in the realms of idealism, or heavens, for no human with the head of an elephant is able to comfortably ride a rat here on earth.....
But this all is a unity and deeply connected. They both live inside your own being. Now this is our challenge: which part you consider to be your rat
and which part is your idealistic image of yourself that looks down on the slaving and serving side that might need a rest?
